Reid GeoEngineering LLC provides geotechnical engineering services including but not limited to soil analysis, foundation design, seismic assessment, and construction materials testing. All services are performed in accordance with professional engineering standards and applicable Arizona state regulations.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate project information, ensure site access for testing, and obtain necessary permits. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by client-provided information or site conditions.

4. Payment Terms

Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month. The Company reserves the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's liability shall be limited to the fees paid for the specific services that gave rise to the claim. The Company is not liable for consequential or indirect damages.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in Maricopa County courts.
